Why do animals like sheep have a coat of hair?

There are many animals with a coat of hair. These are goats, sheep, angora rabbits, camels, alpaca etc.

The main reason for these animals to have a coat of hair is to keep their body warm.

In winter animals didn’t have winter clothes like humans. That’s why God created these animals with a coat of hair.

If we talk about sheep, a fine and soft undercoat protects them from warmth.

Cashmere Goat: Cashmere Goat has a soft fiber undercoat called cashmere.

Camel: Camel has a soft, fine undercoat with soft silky wool close to the body and an overcoat with long hair.

Yak: Yaks live in Ladakh. Their coat has long coat hair and an undercoat with silky and soft wool.
